2024 has taught me a lot

I hope this email finds you well before I do 😀

Before we start,

You see, this newsletter has become my safe space

And here, I would tell you even things I would hardly tell my mother

And I hope you’ll keep all the little secrets of ours. I really hope so.

That said,

Let me tell you,

This year has been a wild ride for me, and not necessarily in the best way.

Let's just say 2024 decided to greet me with a left hook straight to the gut.

It all started with me starting my year under the weather – yep, that's right, I was sick as a dog.

It was so bad that I spent all of my January on the sick bed doing one test or the other

Consulting one physician or the other.

And in February…

Just when I thought I was finally on the road to recovery and ready to get back into the swing of things online…

Fate had other plans.

Inside all this Nigeria rogbodiyan 😂

My phone decided to call it quits

I lost all my files including the 1-month social media content I had created

I cried 😭😭

It was like a digital disaster movie unfolding before my eyes!

And let's not even get started on the state of things in the country.

The cost of living is now killing the living,

And it seems like everyone is feeling the pinch.

It's tough out there, no doubt about it.

But hey, that's life, right?

Sometimes it throws you curveballs that make you wanna scream into a pillow.

But here's the thing: even the best baseball players strike out sometimes.

The key is to dust yourself off, adjust your stance, and keep swinging.

Do you get?

Through all the chaos and challenges, I've learned some valuable lessons along the way.

1. I've learned to appreciate the little things, to adapt and overcome

2. Life throws punches, but we can learn to dodge, weave, and come back stronger.

3. Always have a backup plan for your precious digital assets.

And that’s it.

Stay strong, stay positive, and remember – we're in this together.

Even with a few setbacks, "Build With Isaac" is poised for a knockout year

See you in the next build 🚀

Your friend – Isaac
